Perfect from start to finish, I’m so impressed with the level of skill and the precision to attention of detail. My boy looked like a new dog with his new cut and not a single hair was missed. He smells wonderful and Ella advised what was best for our dogs sensitive skin so we added on a skin treatment which has hugely helped the itching and licking of his paws. Booking online is so easy and convenient I like to see all the options when booking but when I messaged Ella she replied so quick with such a professional response and she seems to really care about my dog and her customers the service was excellent. I’ve already booked in my other dogs and again for 2 months time and we cannot wait. I recommend to everyone and anyone if you want to treat your dogs too!

Ella did a fantastic job cleaning my dogs teeth. He’s 7 now and has a lot of plaque and the vet was recommending going under to do it but I was so worried so thought I’d try Ella’s treatment first. And safe to say I am very shocked the results are AMAZING. His teeth look like he’s a puppy again with not a single speck of plaque in sight. I’m honesty amazed. If I could give more stars I would!! So impressed!

I took my cavapoo for his first groom here with Erin. Overall an amazing experience, she even text me half way through to let me know he was okay. I have now booked my appointments for the rest of the year. Amazing service.
